What data we collect

When you book online: your name, phone, email, the make/model and licence plate of your car (optional) and any note you enter. We also record the IP address the request came from, to protect against abuse.

How we use it

Only to book, confirm and carry out your appointment, to email you a confirmation and reminder, and to contact you if anything changes. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after the appointment date, unless the law requires longer retention. Unconfirmed requests are deleted automatically.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is stored with our hosting provider in the EU.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, and to withdraw your consent at any time — contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies: one session cookie needed for the forms to work, and one that remembers your chosen language. The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google Maps.
